Graham has 17 years experience in the legal aspects of the media, reputation management and branding industries. In that time has worked at some of the leading law firms in London and on some of the highest profile cases.
His achievements and successes on behalf of his clients have resulted in him being recognised for many years as one of the country’s leading individuals in defamation and reputation management*. Often taking on national newspapers and broadcasters for individuals, and sometimes on a No Win, No Fee basis, Graham and his team have had some excellent results. Graham has acted for individuals and corporations in libel and privacy matters, aiming to achieve the best possible results at the most reasonable rate. He has acted for the Blair family, Michael Jackson, Josh Hartnett, Sean Bean, Kate Beckinsale, Simon Cowell, David Soul, Anna Richardson, Max Clifford, Nica Burns, Cat Deeley, Sir Norman Rosenthal, and has sued Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heather Mills-McCartney.
Graham enjoys all sports, in particular, rugby and cricket, and also loves the cinema, travelling, and has a collection of animation art, allegedly for his two young boys.
Independently-researched guides have said that Graham provides “down to earth, reliable and imaginative advice”, is “extremely savvy” and is renowned for his “unfailing ability to produce positive results.” *
Graham attended Haberdashes’ Aske’s School, Elstree and read law at Manchester University. He completed his finals at Guildford College of Law and trained and qualified at Denton Hall in the City. He worked at two specialist media law practices prior to joining Campbell Hooper in 1999 where he was made a partner in 2000. He set up Atkins Solicitors in 2006, and this firm in 2009.
