Title:                            Client Care Administrative Assistant

Reports to:                  Managing Partner

Location:                     Suffolk office

Working Hours:           08:30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch

Summary of Role:

To provide a friendly, effective and efficient front-line service to our clients and visitors.


Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with clients to ensure exemplary service is delivered
  • Updating client database as required
  • Making appointments and keeping diaries
  • Answering telephones and directing calls and visitors appropriately
  • Collect, open and distribute post and DX
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing and taking payments
  • Marketing and events planning
  • Coordinating staff attendance at training courses
  • Staff welfare and social events
  • Assisting in other administrative tasks where required


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar client facing environment
  • Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
  • Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
  • PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence
